Dinnova, a Swiss software company with a Dhaka-based development center, specializes in AI-driven SaaS and enterprise applications for Western Europe. We’re hiring an SQA Strategy & Operations Manager to lead automation testing, AI-based QA, and global compliance.
Role Overview
As an SQA Strategy & Operations Manager, you will develop automated testing frameworks, integrate AI-driven QA strategies, and ensure compliance with Western European standards. You will optimize CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with development, DevOps, and product teams to embed quality throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
1. Test Automation & AI-Powered QA Strategy
✅ Develop and implement automated testing frameworks for AI-driven SaaS products.
✅ Use AI/ML to improve test coverage, predict defects, and enhance quality.
✅ Ensure seamless integration of automated tests in CI/CD pipelines.
2. QA Leadership & Best Practices
✅ Establish QA best practices and ensure software reliability with Western European standards.
✅ Maintain test plans, cases, and automation/manual test scripts.
3. Performance, Security & Compliance Testing
✅ Conduct performance, load, and stress testing, ensuring GDPR, ISO 27001, and security compliance.
✅ Implement penetration testing and vulnerability assessments.
4. Team Leadership & Mentorship
✅ Lead and mentor a high-performing QA team, driving continuous training in automation and AI.
✅ Foster a culture of quality, collaboration, and innovation.
Required Qualifications
✔ 8+ years in QA, 3+ in leadership.
✔ Expertise in automation (Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, TestNG, JUnit).
✔ Experience with AI-driven tools (Test.ai, Applitools, Mabl).
✔ Strong knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud testing (AWS, Azure, GCP).
✔ Hands-on with performance and security testing (JMeter, LoadRunner, OWASP ZAP).
✔ Familiar with Western European software quality standards.
Preferred Skills
➕ Experience in testing AI-powered solutions.
➕ Previous work with European clients.
➕ Knowledge of GDPR, ISO 27001, and software security best practices.
➕ Programming skills in Python, Java, JavaScript, or Kotlin.
