The role involves planning, implementation, operation & maintenance of the Nagad Network infrastructure to ensure smooth network deployment & operation and maximize the availability of the platform where the services/applications can run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
· Configure, manage & troubleshoot Data Center Network infrastructure devices according to the IT security best practices.
· Plan, design and configure Next General Firewalls of different OEMs as per the requirement.
· Plan, design and configure F5 Load Balancer and WAF as per service requirement.
· Manage Cisco ACI Infrastructure in multiple Data Centers.
· Ensure regular updates of hardware, software, firmware, OS of Network devices.
· Configure & troubleshoot Site to Site IPSEC VPN, GRE Over IPSEC VPN, Remote Access VPN.
· Plan, design and integration of connectivity with ISP, telco, bank, vendors and third parties etc.
· Ensure regular health checkup and monitoring of all the Network & Network Security devices.
· Ensure the proper inventory and documentation for DC network and security devices.
· Co-ordinate with the internal and external security/audit team and ensure relevant compliance concerns including PCI-DSS, ISO 2700X, Bangladesh Bank ICT Policy etc.
Experience Requirements:
· 7-9 years of experience in deployment, maintenance, operations in Multi-Data Center & Campus network environment maintaining IT security best practices and secured network architecture design.
· Hands-on experience in configuring & troubleshooting enterprise routing & switching network, NGFW, nexus switch, sound knowledge on LTM, Web application firewall & SDN networking.
Technical skills/competencies required:
· Certifications in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA), Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP Enterprise/Security/Datacenter), Red Hat certifications and/or, other related technical certifications
· Must have in-depth knowledge on Network Administration and Data Center Network Design
· Must have in-depth knowledge on Network Security Zoning, Secure Network architecture, SDN technologies, Network Security & IT Security
· Must have in-depth knowledge on Load Balancer & Web Application Firewall
· Thorough understanding of advanced Routing & Switching
· Thorough understanding of tunneling protocols IPSEC, GRE, etc.
· Sound knowledge in Next Generation Firewall & IPS/IDS & HA deployment of NGFW
· Adequate knowledge in Linux/Unix OS administration
· Knowledge on network and IT security architecture design and review
· Experience in configuring and maintaining monitoring tools including Zabbix, Solarwinds, Cacti, etc.
