Key Responsibilities:
1) Develop and execute Operational (1-year) and Strategic (3-year) Marketing Plans, covering macro dynamics, category trends, innovation, and revenue growth.
2) Lead the Marketing Division while ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration.
3) Drive brand and product lifecycle management, including new product deployment.
4) Manage internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
5) Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance business strategy.
6) Execute data-driven marketing strategies for sustainable top & bottom-line growth.
Requirements:
Education: Master’s/MBA in Marketing.
Experience: Minimum 15 years, including 7 years in a leadership role in the marketing division of an FMCG company.
