Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSc preferred).
Experience:

Minimum 4 years of experience in a software company or IT-enabled services environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Analysis & Documentation:
-
Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.

Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, use case flows, and acceptance criteria.

Identify edge cases, data validations, and business rules to ensure comprehensive feature coverage.
-
Partner with UI/UX designers to review Figma mockups, ensuring technical feasibility and providing feedback on user flows.
-
Document data dependencies, user permissions, and third-party API integrations.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-
Serve as the bridge between product, design, development, and QA teams.
-
Conduct requirement walkthroughs with developers to ensure clarity and alignment.
-
Support the QA team in translating requirements into test cases and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
-
Track and manage bugs/enhancements using Jira (or similar tools) to maintain requirement traceability.
Quality Assurance & Release Support:
-
Assist in test case preparation and regression testing.
-
Validate delivered features against specifications to ensure functional and UX accuracy.
-
Facilitate feedback collection and resolution during UAT and final release checks.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

3+ years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in software/IT services.

Strong technical writing skills with experience in creating clear, structured documentation.

Proficiency in:

Trello/Jira (task management)

Figma (UI/UX collaboration)

Draw.io/Lucidchart (workflow diagrams)

Postman (API testing)

Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, REST APIs, and system integrations.

Ability to anticipate edge cases and define precise business logic.
