Product Analyst for Accord Technologies Limited

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (BSc preferred).

Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a software company or IT-enabled services environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Analysis & Documentation:

  • Work closely with product owners and stakeholders to define and refine business requirements.

  • Develop detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, use case flows, and acceptance criteria.

  • Identify edge cases, data validations, and business rules to ensure comprehensive feature coverage.

  • Partner with UI/UX designers to review Figma mockups, ensuring technical feasibility and providing feedback on user flows.

  • Document data dependencies, user permissions, and third-party API integrations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Serve as the bridge between product, design, development, and QA teams.

  • Conduct requirement walkthroughs with developers to ensure clarity and alignment.

  • Support the QA team in translating requirements into test cases and assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

  • Track and manage bugs/enhancements using Jira (or similar tools) to maintain requirement traceability.

Quality Assurance & Release Support:

  • Assist in test case preparation and regression testing.

  • Validate delivered features against specifications to ensure functional and UX accuracy.

  • Facilitate feedback collection and resolution during UAT and final release checks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role in software/IT services.

  • Strong technical writing skills with experience in creating clear, structured documentation.

  • Proficiency in:

    • Trello/Jira (task management)

    • Figma (UI/UX collaboration)

    • Draw.io/Lucidchart (workflow diagrams)

    • Postman (API testing)

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles, REST APIs, and system integrations.

  • Ability to anticipate edge cases and define precise business logic.
