Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with top management to recommend and implement initiatives aligned with strategic goals, with a focus on process optimization and digital transformation.

Serve as a subject matter expert and advisor on process improvements and digitalization strategies. Facilitate global best practice sharing, establish communities of practice, and develop relevant training materials.

Lead and manage multiple projects throughout their full lifecycle, including strategic implementation, process enhancements, and digital transformation efforts.

Analyze future project requirements and formulate effective strategies to meet those needs.

Identify and prioritize actionable ideas and convert them into impactful projects, coordinating with key stakeholders.

Support leadership in discovering and assessing potential digital use cases.

Collaborate with business analysts on creating proposals and documentation for tenders and bids.
-
Oversee the design and architecture of features and content for web platforms and applications.
-
Evaluate project effort estimates and user stories to ensure alignment with goals.
-
Liaise with stakeholders to clearly communicate product design, project strategies, and business value.

Define testing strategies and partner with QA teams to ensure quality assurance and adherence to evolving client needs.

Supervise the business team, including UI/UX professionals, to meet performance objectives.

Gather business and technical requirements, and oversee technical teams in delivering effective solutions.

Conduct root cause analysis to resolve business problems efficiently.

Prepare and maintain critical documentation including User Stories, BRS, SRS, FRS, RTMs, and user manuals.

Demonstrate strong stakeholder management and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT), user training, and post-implementation support.

Ensure adherence to SDLC processes across various development methodologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science & Engineering or Business Administration.

Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Preferred certifications: ECBA, CSPO, or equivalent Business Analysis certifications.
